I decided the beautiful Adele is wearing her Sunday shopping/brunching outfit. Casual compared to the stunning formal stuff she wears to events.
Sparkly bling and a casual jumper, jeans and fun flats. Hat to keep her hidden from the paparazzi, soft make up you can hardly tell she's wearing. Love it all.

This weeks polly is about where you work. I don't have a job outside our house but the small people keep me plenty busy. Even though I'm only 13 weeks pregnant my clothes are getting a little too tight and I'm down to one pair of jeans so I'm cracking out the few maternity things I have left. Something simple and comfortable, jegglings (don't hate me) comfy shirt, cute flats, hair band for the crazy pregnant hair I always seem to get, sunnies and lip gloss for school drop off and trips to the park/shops. My main job as mum is to read books, according to our smallest people, Charlie mainly, he is very pushy with what he wants. Apart from reading I spend a ridiculous amount of my day cleaning, although 99% of the time my house looks feral. Its a constant annoyance that I'm sure is gong to get worse before it gets better.
Before bed we always say love you to the moon and back, now that Jack understands the solar system he cracks out different variations, love you from Pluto to the sun and back, love you around the solar system and back.

Its been so long since I've played Polly Dolly. I missed some seriously good ones while we were away. I hate that.
So this week is pleats . I love this dress. I don't own much with polka dots, I think I need to change that.

I am so in love with this outfit. I have been looking unsuccessfully for a trench dress for years. I don't know if they are made in my size. Luckily in the magical world of polly dolly anything is possible!
This week theme over at Danimezza is Trench. I took the liberty of putting my own spin on it with the trench dress.
This outfit is defiantly for a high tea, a fancy baby shower, special shopping trip. Something fun, not dropping the kids to school.
Beautiful boots, awesome bag, big jewellery and bold make up. Love it.

Polly Dolly what a good way to spend an afternoon. I have just put about $5000 on my imaginary credit card. It's days like this I am torn about having a credit card. Thank heavens I don't my goodness I would have bought so much unnecessary stuff by now. But bugger it I would like to go buy a whole bunch of crazy stuff. Its called retail therapy for a reason is it not?

 This week is week no.52 of polly dolly, that's right a whole year we have been playing with clothes and imaginary credit cards. Who thought when Dani started this game where it would take her, now she's basically a celebrity. An awesome one at that.

So the little black dress in honour of one whole year of dressing our dollies. I had seven black dresses at one stage, that's a hard decision to make when you have no price tags or size tags. I narrowed it down to this one. I would never even think of picking this dress up I think that's why I love it so. Its nothing I would usually wear. I love the nude shoes and I have it on good authority from Melissa at Suger Coat It that nudes are very in this season. Thanks hun.

That clutch bag was triple the price of the dress I love it, can you imagine getting in a fight with that bag? You would do some serious damage! Smoking hot eyes and lips and some kick ass bangles. Those earrings scare me, fierce is the only word I have to describe them!.

I'm very late with this weeks polly, but I did mange to finish one. First time in ages I've played along!

This weeks theme is flowers. I embraced the hair flower like every female in the world after getting hooked on Sex and the city, since then I've been a big fan on flowers on clothes, bags, hair accessories.
When I typed flowers into polyvore this dress caught my eye and it screamed Carrie at me. I had to match it with some seriously kick ass shoes, cute matching hair flower, funky jewellery and subtle makeup. I want it all!

I am so jealous of all these blogger meet ups that I'm missing out on at the moment. But at least I can pretend by dressing my polly, that works doesn't it?
So I decided to take Danielle's advice and stick with what your comfortable in. So a super cute dress, very fun flats, I had to get a little pink in their somewhere! A shrug cardigan in case its cool. A big bag to fit all my most important things. Mascara for great eyes and lip gloss, you must look your best in all those photos that you and others would be taking! Pink earrings to match the awesome shoes and I LOVE these bracelets! I may have to look in to some for myself!
We would obviously sip tea from very cool cups and eat cupcakes til we were full. Sigh. I wanna go!

   My favorite big girl who always looks fantastic on the red carpet. The one and only Queen Latifah. I actually googled Jennifer Hudson, but she is not a big girl anymore she is a skinny minny!

Anyway it took me a while to decide on a dress as she is one well dressed lady all the time. I love the sparkles on this dress and my polly does as well that's why shes rocking the diamond cuff bracelet, and ridiculous earrings. I am in love with those shoes, although you cant see Queens shoes I can imagine she would be wearing something stunning like these. I had to top this outfit of with Queens own perfume, seems fitting yes? Now if you excuse me I need to figure out how I can get around $3000 to buy those earrings!

The Maxi skirt. I don't own any yet. Not 100% sure if I want to, I love my maxi dresses but I seem to pull them up a lot, maybe during winter when its not quite so hot.
Anyway I went for a pink set I know shocking isn't it?
I love this skirt and the soft pink top with it, to break up the fairy floss look I went for these seriously cute grey blue shoes. Wonder woman lipstick and a pearl necklace worn as a bracelet and those cute earrings. I would carry all my most needed belongings in the clutch and shop all day. It would be nice to live in that imaginary world!
If you haven't played Polly Dolly you need to. Its very addictive, Michael has even created a few sets for me, awful bogan sets.

The week of valentines day, I just love it (no pun intended). Theres always sappy movies on TV and a good reason to love each other just a little bit more. As it falls on a Monday this year we certainly won't be doing anything over the top, it is a school night after all. I'm planning on going to the hairdressers and getting my hair washed and straightened, just because. I will be wearing a dress like I do every day but will make sure I shave my legs and paint my toenails. We will put the boys to bed and watch our anniversary movie, Michael will make me a cup of tea and I will definatly have to dunk some tim tams. A few sprits of Michaels favorite perfume, and a little lip gloss and who knows what could happen!

This weeks Polly Dolly is Reality V Dream.
Along with all the crazy sad weather that's going on around the world there has also been a lot of sadness in the blogging world. Apart from Danielle from Hello Owl supporting her husband through chemo treatment, Lori from Random Ramblings of a Stay at Home Mum this week lost her husband. I hadn't ever read her blog before Melissa from Sugar Coat It tweeted about Lori and I stumbled over to her blog and started reading. I can't imagine how heartbreaking and awful she is feeling right now. I feel very blessed to know so many beautiful women that want to help others and in turn the ever lovely Danielle has a widget on her blog to donate to Lori who has just lost the sole provider of their family of four.
Lori recently admitted she is a anti fashionista so this week's Polly dolly is dedicated to her.

Reality~My reality is my staple everyday outfit. I own about 10 sundresses, some maxi some knee length. I attempt to get up earlier than the boys most days, shower and get dressed before the day starts, I feel comfortable in a dress it hides my waist line for one, and living in central QLD its hot all year round. I wear thongs always, and while I'm growing my hair out I have it pushed back with a headband 99% of the time. I wear comfy old lady undies and sensible 4 hook bras. My wedding rings, pearl studs and Pandora bracelet are my staple jewellery items and my suitcase  handbag is always on hand. I feel like I have a bag from Alice and wonderland sometimes, the stuff that comes out of it....

Ah what a beautiful outfit. I want it. I have absolutely no where to wear such a stunning outfit but I still want it.
In my dream I have a incredibly stylish glamorous job to match my ever so stylish minimalist apartment and model boyfriend (I may or may not have been watching to many re runs of The Hills) which requires skinny jeans, a $3000 top, gorgeous jewels that are custom made for every outfit, perfect amount of natural makeup, uncomfortable shoes that look bananas, matching bra and undies that don't have any support, hair flower added after stylist makes my hair look amazing (obviously) and last but defiantly not least a bag that contains only make up, phone wallet and perfume without a side order of muesli bar or nappy sack.

I know, who am I kidding of course I wouldn't trade my reality but its nice to dream...

So when I read this weeks polly dolly I have to admit my mind went straight to S Club 7. I know how sad is that?

Anyway a few years ago (ok maybe like 10 or 15 years) I remember they did a film clip where one of the pretty blonde things wore this awesome jumpsuit and I wanted one. Badly. Unfortunately as I've always been a big girl a jumpsuit is really not for me, but if I was going to do it this is how I would. Extreme. 

Can you see me walking down a red carpet in this? No me neither but it would defiantly make one of those best/worst dressed shows.

I love this outfit.

After Danielle from Hello Owl did a yellow My Place & Yours theme I have been looking for some pretty yellow dresses like this. No luck so far, the fact I'm not an 8yr old girl seems to be a problem.

Anyway I love this dress, and the shoes, and the bag I want it all for a trip to the markets or walk along the beach.

I feel the need to have these earrings although I feel to old to wear something so funky and I'm not an art teacher, they always seemed to have awesome earrings.

I'm trying to grow out an awful hair cut at the moment and I think these hair slides would be very cute, along with the charm bracelet, lots of lip gloss and of course big sunnies.

With our big trip home coming up I'm starting to plan outfits for nights out and I think this would be ideal for many nights out!
Stunning simple dress, amazing shoes, how about that floral bag? I want it so badly!
Big statement necklace gorgeous earrings and fun bracelet and of course whats a night out without some kick ass red lips!

How much fun does this look?

I am defiantly a city girl and don't really enjoy camping. I like my daily shower and my electrical appliances.

My husband on the other hand is a country boy through and through. With three little boys I have no choice but to get used to camping.

My favorite part of camping is warm sunny afternoons laying on a blanket with a good book (or six) some maltesers and an icy cold can of fizzy.

A staple when camping is always insect repellent, lip balm, sunglasses, camera, thongs, loads of singlets (so I can work on my tan) and comfy shorts.

Well its only been about 6 weeks since I've managed to play along with Dani but I finally got here!

So this weeks theme is the maxi dress. I do already own a couple of maxi dresses but I'm defiantly buying at least one more this season. I love how casual or dressed up you can make them. I choose casual, this would be the sort of outfit I'd wear shopping or taking Jack to school and having a coffee/play date.

Cute sandals, a big bag (I'm so over carrying a nappy bag), tinted sunscreen, a bright lip gloss, big sunnies and some very cool very fake diamond earrings, a square bangle and of course a spritz of perfume and I'm ready to go for the day!
